What to Bring:

Optional: Your own sewing machine. If you’d like to use a classroom machine, you must reserve one in advance. (Please text Vod after registration that you’d like to use a shop machine)

Optional: Your own fabric (must be at least 1 yard if you’d like to personalize your project)

Skills Level Required:

Students must already know the basics of sewing machine operation, including how to thread the top and bobbin and how to sew a straight line. This class is not a beginner machine class.

Fine Print:

Because the quilting process is so time-consuming, we’ll streamline the process by using a single piece of fabric for the hat top instead of piecing multiple quilt blocks. This lets us focus on the quilting and construction while still giving your hat a magical quilted finish. Note-you may need to finish this project at home depending on how quickly you sew. Spots are limited—only 5 students per session—so grab your broomstick and sign up soon!
